Tara I can’t say thank you enough for all of your help at our wedding last weekend! Tara was the missing piece I needed when organising our wedding and I was worried because I had already gone so over my original budget but let me tell you it was the best money I spent! Tara helped with organisation and ideas leading up to the day, liaisons with all the vendors and was my eyes and ears on site the morning of the wedding. She had my very detailed plan but I knew that her expertise would come in handy for the things I felt out of my depth with. She added touches I wouldn’t have had without her there and she made sure that everything ran smoothly while being able to pivot when needed. She also made sure I had a drink in my hands asap and made sure I ate some of that food I slaved away to pay for. She got the most beautiful content of the day aswell and was so fast with her delivery of everything. I would 10000% recommend vow and vision for your wedding they were a late addition for me but I wish I locked her down sooner to help answer all my questions! I cannot recommend Tara enough! From the moment we started working together, she brought so much professionalism, creativity, and organisation to the table. Tara’s dedication and attention to detail truly exceeded all expectations. Her communication was unreal! Always was available for me no matter what! Tara made me feel so calm and stress free! She handled literally everything for me and always reassured me to not worry, everything will be okay! She dealt with all my vendors and made run sheets for everything to made sure they were on track with everything and nothing was missed. She was there for me 110%, always checking in on me and making sure I was looked after and made sure we came first. Tara honestly went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was special for Jai and I and it means the world to us! She really did not stop until it was all sorted and everyone understood what they were doing! All our guests absolutely loved her! She made sure everything was okay and everyone’s needs were met! Not only is Tara incredible at her job but she is so easy to work with! She cared so much about my wedding and cared so much about jai and I to make sure our day was so special and perfect! I honestly feel like I’ve gained a friend of how amazing she is and also having the best humour together I’ll forever be grateful for you Tara! 💕💕💕

Tara and her team were nothing short of amazing in coordinating our wedding day and everything leading up to it. We had our hearts into planning our dream wedding, and Tara brought it all to life. From the moment we met her, she was personable, professional, and just ‘got it’. She handled everything—vendor coordination, timelines, and making sure every detail was perfect. Furthermore, her communication was exceptional. Tara & her team are truly talented and experts at what they do. The skill set you expect from a planner & coordinator was second to none with Vow&Vision Weddings.
My best advice: if you're planning a wedding on your own, don’t even think about going without an on-the-day coordinator. Tara made our wedding day everything we dreamed of and allowed us to fully enjoy the overall experience. Whenever stress popped up, we’d just laugh and say, “Tara will know what to do.” Too bad we’re not getting married again—otherwise, we’d hire her in a heartbeat. All I can do now is spread the word!

I need an option to add more stars because in all honesty these guys deserve it! My wife and I had a dry fit wedding where we brought in all our vendors, band, DJ, catering etc. there was A LOT of moving parts. To say we were overwhelmed would be an understatement. Until my wife suggested Vow and Vision. I had no idea people like Tara and Sammie even existed. Finding them for our wedding was by far the best decision we made for the day. Even if we ended up not having vendors i'd still get them. They both were so on top of things, reassuring us and communicating with not only us but every vendor we had, to ensure our wedding day was perfect.
The best way I could sum it up was we arrived at the reception and whilst we were still in the car tara and sammie met us there with a margarita in hand. These guys will be the first people I will recommend to any of my closest friends having a wedding in the future. They are a MUST. 💕
