Most venues provide a coordinator, but their role is very different to ours. A venue coordinator looks after the venue; we look after you and your wedding.
From 3 months out, our team becomes your safety net: building your plan, managing all communication with vendors, identifying gaps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Instead of chasing suppliers and second-guessing details in your final weeks, you’ll be free to enjoy the build-up to your wedding day knowing it’s all handled.
This isn’t just “showing up on the day.” It’s three months of planning, refining, and pulling it all together so your day runs seamlessly. We’re on call to answer your questions, text, chat through ideas, and talk out your plans whenever you need us.

From 3 months out, we step in to tie everything together:

Creating a seamless, customised run sheet
Becoming the point of contact for all vendors
Troubleshooting and filling in any gaps
On the day, we’re the first onsite and the last to leave — making sure everything runs flawlessly.
Our Role with Your Vendors
It’s normal for suppliers to finalise their details closer to the wedding (usually around 6 weeks out). For couples, this can feel unsettling after months of planning.
This is exactly where we step in:
We liaise directly with your vendors at the right time
Confirm every detail so nothing is missed
Provide each supplier with a clear plan and expectations

Before the Day
Handover meeting (6–8 weeks out)
Access to our planning portal to build out your floor plans, seating chart, and guest list
Custom run sheet shared with all suppliers
Vendor management and confirmations in the final month
Final site visit (if needed)
Sharing draft floor plans with vendors (catering, hire, florals) to align on setup before the day
