I cannot recommend Tara enough! From the moment we started working together, she brought so much professionalism, creativity, and organisation to the table. Tara’s dedication and attention to detail truly exceeded all expectations. Her communication was unreal! Always was available for me no matter what! Tara made me feel so calm and stress free! She handled literally everything for me and always reassured me to not worry, everything will be okay! She dealt with all my vendors and made run sheets for everything to made sure they were on track with everything and nothing was missed. She was there for me 110%, always checking in on me and making sure I was looked after and made sure we came first. Tara honestly went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was special for Jai and I and it means the world to us! She really did not stop until it was all sorted and everyone understood what they were doing! All our guests absolutely loved her! She made sure everything was okay and everyone’s needs were met! Not only is Tara incredible at her job but she is so easy to work with! She cared so much about my wedding and cared so much about jai and I to make sure our day was so special and perfect! I honestly feel like I’ve gained a friend of how amazing she is and also having the best humour together I’ll forever be grateful for you Tara! 💕💕💕

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin.
I spent a year and a half planning the majority of our day myself which is something I always dreamt of doing; little did I know that the closer we got the more stressful it would become, more and more things popped up I hadn’t yet thought of and I realised that I would need someone to have my back and help execute my vision on the day.
I contacted Tara to assist with on the day event coordination and from our very first phone call she made me feel like she really would be in my corner and she understood exactly what I needed from her and from that phone call she stayed in my corner and became a part of our family.
Tara is an exceptional communicator and an even better listener. She took over handling vendors weeks out and with every issue that began to pop up, she shut down and made sure we got what we wanted. She created timelines and run sheets that were to perfection.
She is extremely organised and thorough, she travelled to every consultation I needed her at, even if it were after hours. She was available via SMS or phone any hour of the day.
She is funny, caring & kind which I have found to be difficult to come by within the industry. She is down to earth and extremely loyal.
On the day she was an absolute god send, she put out fires I didn’t even know were burning, helped style the reception & church, had her own makeup ready for touch ups in the heat straight after church, she made sure our bridal party and family were looked after to ensure we had the best night, she even stopped on her way to church and picked up ice for us.
She did not stop, not only from 10am-11pm on the day but every day in the weeks prior. We had so many guests even complementing how amazing and organised and helpful she was for them too.
I could go on and on about how much I truly think every single bride to be should have Tara apart of their day, without a doubt one of the best decisions I made.
She made me feel confident, at ease and most importantly stress free. She gave stunning advice and could read the room and knew what I needed. He attention to detail is unmatched.
Tara, thank you for every ounce of energy and love you poured into making my dreams come true, as I write this I feel sad knowing our time together has come to an end and I wish I could do it all again with you. You were an absolute blessing and I will cherish you forever. Love you, Nakia x

If you are debating whether you need an on the day co-ordinator, the answer is yes and specifically you need Tara! We chose a beautiful venue but with few inclusions as we wanted specific touches relating to us, which meant it was a DIY heavy wedding. We had done most of the heavy lifting with co-ordinating vendors, decor, etc. but 2 months before our wedding we decided to seek an on the day co-ordinator who could manage things for us on the day as we were likely to be busy with photos and enjoying the company of our guests.

Tara did an amazing job creating a detailed runsheet, liasing with vendors (even reaching vendors which were difficult to get replies out of!), and above all did a stellar job of co-ordinating on the day. Tara is the sweetest, friendliest and most dedicated woman, we received so much praise for her from our guests. Our day had some tight timelines (which many said wouldn't work) yet not a single thing was late thanks to Tara who effortlessly understood our action packed event, and what was needed and when. I have no idea how but she basically managed to be everywhere on the day, from handling the power being tripped up (which I had no idea had even happened), helping vendors set up, setting up ceremony chairs and packing them down, even artfully fixing our wedding sign (which was blowing around in the wind) with some flowers. She was so perceptive, stopping the groom on multiple occasions when he was handling things that could potentially ruin his suit. And in amongst all this she even had the time to make us an amazing reel!

We are so so grateful we had Tara, and we will remember that our day was as incredible and special as it was because of her. Thank you Tara!
